INTERNATIONAL SA is looking for a motivated and curious apprentice to join its IT team as an IT Specialist – Systems and Infrastructure , as part of a Swiss CFC apprenticeship program. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills, gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, and learn alongside experienced IT specialists. Your Responsibilities During your apprenticeship, you will gradually contribute to the following activities: Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, workstations, and infrastructure equipment. Monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Providing technical support to internal users and helping resolve IT-related requests. Contributing to the security, reliability, and smooth operation of IT systems and networks. Working with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions. Documenting procedures, configurations, and technical best practices. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you are: Interested in IT, systems, networks, and infrastructure. Curious, rigorous, and eager to learn. Comfortable solving problems and discovering new technologies. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Organized, reliable, and motivated to commit to a professional training program. Fluent in French; knowledge of English or German is an advantage. Eligible to enroll in a CFC apprenticeship program in Switzerland. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, or networks is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
