À propos de cette offre We are looking for a Logistics & Planning Coordination Specialist to strengthen our client’s teams for a temporary long-term assignment. Location : Neuchâtel Be the main point of contact for planning between production sites, carriers, and partners. Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with production and logistics providers. Track collection, transport, delivery, and manufacturing activities. Solve problems encountered throughout the patient journey and define action plans. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email. Ensuring an optimal end-to-end customer experience. Manage escalations and exceptions (product returns, replacements, quality deviations, etc.). Update transactional data in BMS scheduling systems. Participate in daily operational meetings and team transmissions. Provide support to users of the scheduling portal. Track and process requests through the case management system. Lead certain meetings with the clinical and commercial teams. Comply with the SOPs, applicable procedures, and practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of professional experience. Experience in a customer service or operational support environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Ability to work in a regulated and international environment. Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
